Here's a vintage Chapman University Panthers souvenir felt pennant made by the Chicago Pennant Company. It measures approximately 11.5x29 inches.
It's not in perfect condition. There is fading and wear as well as some small holes and some notches of felt missing along the top and bottom edges.
