Vintahe 1950s Penn State University Felt Pennant. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority. My father’s younger brother went to Penn State. That’s where this pendant came from. It’s got the tassels it’s navy blue it’s 24 inches long and in very good shape. This would look excellent in a frame.
