    Description

    Here's an original hand blown Smokine log cabin figural bottle over 110 years old shaped like a log smokehouse....it once contained a smoke flavored meat preservative that was used for the smoking and preserving of meat & fish after curing. It also helped keep worm, skippers and other insects away. SMOKINE IMPORTED AND BOTTLED BY ALFRED ANDRESEN & CO THE WESTERN IMPORTERS. MINNEAPOLIS,MINN. AND WINNIPEG,MAN  Other side of cabin has logs with smoke billowing from the vents of the smokehouse. Hand blown in mold, hand tooled square ring collar, amber in color ,square cabin shape with sloped pitch roof.

    In very good condition with just one small area at the opening with a chip ( see photos).
