In my opinion, this banner is in decent overall condition but
I will leave that final determination up to you.
The banner has a couple of stains on the upper left hand side and also to the right of the word “compliments”.   There are also some small creases towards the tip of the banner.
Additionally, s
ome of the edges of the banner show some slight discoloration due to aging.
