Beautiful Red, White & Blue American Flag stylized banner
stripes along the border & stars in the middle
there are 39 stars
there was never an official 39 star flag. Some were made in the Fall of 1889 in anticipation of the Dakotas being admitted as one state
we do not know the age of this item but the colors are still vibrant
measures 22 1/2" by 24"
marked on the side " National Banner Patent Applied For"
