Large Early Vintage Rome, Wisconsin. Felt Hanging Banner Advertising Pennant.
The Felt Banner appears to have been cut out of a larger banner or pennant. The Banner is made of Flat with embossed
raised letters. The Banner is in good solid vintage original condition. The Banner has vintage wear. The Edge of the Banner
was not cut very consistent so length with width differ at different areas. The Banner measures 33 1/8 in wide x 10 in tall.
