Deb Canham Harvey ~~Third Club Piece March 2000-May 2000 MIB

Description

This is Deb Canham's Third Club Piece Harvey issued from March 2000-May 2000. Harvey is 3.5 inches tall, fully jointed.  Harvey has a light blue
mohair body, glass shoe button eyes and embroidered nose.  He is No. A1226 (my club number). His monkey is 1.5 inches tall and also jointed.
I owned a bear shop at the time and joined Deb's club so I could get the club pieces. I fell in love with her miniatures from the beginning. They are so well made.
Although made in China, they were made by a family that Deb met in China. She hired them  to make her bears and it supported the family. She would visit them and was just like one of their family. So, they weren't made in some factory by who knows who. They were lovingly made by several women in that family.
Harvey was never on display. He has been kept in his box since he arrived in
March
2000. Never exposed to smoke, perfume, scent of any kind.
Although he is from 2000, he is new in his box.
