    Deb Canham's HAPPY CHAP BEAR, exclusive East Coast special edition piece.   Limited edition 750/800 and fully jointed.  Bear is 3", made from chocolate brown mohair and wears a star patterned, long hat with a bell at the end.  This is an open mouth style of bear.
