    Description

    I am listing a handful of pennants I bought several years ago at an estate sale that had one room covered with pennants - mostly Wisconsin.     I believe these are from the 1940s primarily because of the soft felt material used.  Also there were a few that had dates on the pennants from the 1940s. The state abbreviations of Wis or Wisc would mean pre 1964 as 1963 is when 2 letter abbreviations were designated by USPS.
